I joined the real estate industry in 2013, starting my career as a property manager in Perth’s CBD. After several successful years within the property management space, I gradually expanded into residential sales and operational management with one of WA’s premium property groups.

The pivotal moment in my real estate career was leading the charge in implementing new innovative systems, like cloud-based trust accounting software, to eight offices in Western Australia, overseeing a whopping 3000+ properties. This experience honestly changed my career trajectory, sparking a passion for proptech, team training and agency management.

I went on to become a Licensed Real Estate and Business Agent after completing the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) and obtaining my Triennial Certificate. Plus, I branched out into education with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, allowing me to deliver both the real estate registration course and Diploma of Property course alongside Compulsory Professional Development with one of WA’s best training organisations.

In 2021, I launched The Efficiency Co to share my hands-on experience and help other agencies maximise their performance.
